Cedar Point – Roller Coast of America

Cedar Point, a 364-acre amusement park located in Sandusky, Ohio sits on a peninsula on Lake Erie. With the most number of roller coasters in any amusement park, it is the only park with four roller coasters taller than 200 feet. It also has more rides than any other park having a total of 75 thrilling rides.

But there is more to Cedar Point than just rides and roller coasters. The park is truly unique with its range of amusements for all age groups. Enjoy the scenic boardwalk or 1906 Coliseum that is an enormous ballroom. Town Hall Museum appears a time machine taking you across 135-years of heritage artifacts.

Cedar Point Beach offers sand and splashing fun on waters to parasail, jet-ski and kayak. Located by the mile-long white sand beach there is an outdoor water park called Soak City. Additionally there are two marinas, several hotels including Castaway Bay that is home to an indoor water park.

Landscaping at Cedar Point is a treat with nearly 25,000 flowers on display in a kaleidoscope of color. Challenge Park features attractions such as go-karts, miniature golf, Ripcord and Skyscraper. It remains the "Best Amusement Park in the World".
